💕 INARA Return & Refund Policy

At INARA, your satisfaction means the world to us. We put love, care, and quality into everything we create, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Returns (Domestic & International)

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on any used or opened beauty products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

    •    Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    •    You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

    •    Proof of damage (photos or videos) must be provided.

    •    Returns must be requested before returning the item — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

For international customers, please note:

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    •    INARA is not responsible for delays or lost return packages in transit.

    •    All returns must be sent with tracking details provided to us.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.

We do not offer refunds for:

    •    Used or opened items

    •    Orders reported after the 48-hour window

    •    Final sale items, gift sets, or items purchased with discount codes (unless damaged)


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you'd like an exchange for the same product, email us at [your email] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

🌍 International Orders — Please Read

    •    INARA is not liable for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees your country may apply.

    •    We are not responsible for delays due to customs or courier issues.

    •    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct — failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable.
